Resumen
A través del análisis de una figura particular de defraudación se pretende demostrar la necesidad de generalización de la Parte Especial del Derecho Penal, promoviendo la sistematización de herramientas dogmáticas que permitan afrontar la intelección de los tipos penales de manera científica y eliminando la enfática importancia otorgada a la interpretación literal.
Summary: Analyzing a particular figure of fraud, the author tries to demonstrate the need of generalization of the Special Part of the Criminal law, promoting the systematizing of dogmatic tools that allow to confront the understanding of the criminal types in a scientific way and eliminating the emphatic importance granted to the literal interpretation.
